The terms included in this section apply to the use of all Marchex advertising services and products.

Notice of Subsidiary Name Changes

Effective July 29, 2008, the names of Marchex's wholly-owned subsidiaries TrafficLeader, Inc. and VoiceStar, Inc. have been changed to Marchex Connect NA, Inc. and Marchex Voice Services Inc., respectively. Please note that only changes of name have been effected and that the legal entities remain the same. All contracts entered into with TrafficLeader, Inc. and with VoiceStar, Inc. prior to the change of name therefore remain in full force and effect and will not require amendment or substitution.
