Marchex to Report Fourth Quarter 2006 and Full Year 2006 Results on February 22

SEATTLE, WA - February 8, 2007 - Marchex, Inc. (NASDAQ: MCHX, MCHXP) today announced that it will release financial results for its fourth quarter 2006 and for full year ended December 31, 2006 on February 22, 2007, at approximately 4:15 p.m. EDT. At that time, Marchex will also post the press release on the Investor Relations section of its corporate Web site (www.marchex.com/ir.html).

Following the release, management will hold a conference call, starting at 5:00 p.m. EDT on February 22 to discuss the results and outlook for the company. A live Webcast will be available on the Investor Relations section of the Marchex Web site, where an archived version of the Webcast will be also available, beginning two hours after completion of the call.
