Our team was genuinely thrilled to immerse ourselves in the world of dealerships, explore the latest trends, and unveil our innovative products and solutions designed to propel dealership performance to new heights.

  • Consumer Preferences and Behavior Shifts: Understanding evolving consumer preferences and behavior patterns is crucial for dealerships to stay competitive. NADA 2024 explored consumer trends such as changing vehicle ownership models (e.g., ship-to-order, EV (electric vehicles) maintenance), demand for personalized experiences, and the influence of digital channels on the purchasing journey.
