Alissa Yaganeh

Alissa Yeganeh serves as SVP of Customer Growth & Operations at Marchex, where she leads customer growth, retention, account management, customer success, and operational strategy. Since joining Marchex in 2020, she has played a key role in scaling customer-facing operations and driving company growth initiatives. Prior to Marchex, she led Customer Success teams at Formation, an AI-focused startup specializing in dynamic offer optimization and personalization. Ms. Yeganeh previously spent a decade with Accenture, leading programs spanning customer experience, analytics, and business transformation. She holds a Bachelor of Economics from the College of William and Mary.
