Alissa Yeganeh joined Marchex in 2020 and leads Customer Success, responsible for Implementation, Customer Support, and Account Management. Prior to Marchex, she led Customer Success teams at Formation, a start-up focused on artificial intelligence based dynamic offer optimization and personalization.
Ms. Yeganeh spent 10 years in Management Consulting at Accenture, where her work spanned customer experience; analytics; and program, project, and product management. Ms. Yeganeh holds a Bachelor of Economics from the College of William and Mary.
